Sizwe Recruitment and Training Services is a well-established organisation,
operating since 1987 and specialising in the recruitment and training of
permanent, contract, and temporary staff.
"Sizwe" is a Xhosa
word for "Nation" and is appropriate for our Nationwide
Recruitment and Training Services.
Sizwe Recruitment and
Training Services, trading as AJ Personnel, is a joint-venture
company, formed between Mr AJ van der Merwe and Ms E van der Merwe (49%),
Mr P Nchabeleng (25%) and Ms N Moloto (26%).
Mr van der Merwe (founder of
AJ Personnel) has been in the industry for over 18 years and has extensive
experience in the recruitment industry, as well as understanding of the
Human Resources Recruitment processes of large corporate environments,
inclusive of culture matching. He is a senior business man with major
contacts in various industries.
Ms van der Merwe has also
been in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations field for ten years,
prior to joining AJ Personnel and becoming a senior partner in the
business.
Mr Nchabeleng is an
experienced Human Resources Manager, who previously worked for ABI
Coca-Cola and South African Breweries. His involvement in AJ Personnel is
