AJ Recruitment and Training Services is a well-established organisation, operating since 1987 and specialising in the recruitment and training of permanent, contract, and temporary staff.

AJ Recruitment and Training Services, trading as AJ Personnel, is a joint-venture company, formed between AJ Recruitment and Training Services (49%), Mr. Peter Nchabaleng (25%) and the AJ Recruitment Employees Trust (26%).

Mr. Nchabaleng is an experienced Human Resources Manager, who previously worked for ABI Coca-Cola and South African Breweries. His involvement in AJ Recruitment and Training Services is both on strategic and operational levels. Mr. Nchabaleng can be contacted on 071 223 3370.

AJ Recruitment and Training Services Employees Trust consists of Employment Equity employees, who now have shareholding and an interest in the company. Their involvement in AJ Recruitment and Training Services is also both strategic and operational. 

The company has long-standing relationships with a broad base of clients.
