2. Assessments 
  • Pre-assessments 
    360 degree assessments, or manager-evaluation based on competencies required.
  • Post assessments 
    Each delegate has to submit an assignment consisting of 8-10 goals based on development areas identified throughout the training. Proof that goals have been achieved must be compiled in a Portfolio of Evidence and needs to be signed off by managers.
3. Certificates
Certificates will be issued on successful completion of assignments.

Methodology

Group discussions, questionnaires, self assessments, experiential learning, presentations, role plays, games are used throughout the training. We believe in a practical, hands-on approach. 

Customisation

You have the option to build your own programme by combining topics that will address your unique needs arid fit into your job profiles and competency models. Research and development can be done and these modules be added to your unique programme.

NQF Alignment and National Skills Development

  • Accreditation of all learning programmes is in process with the Services Seta.
  • Learning programmes support national skills development and are linked to unit standards. Learners can build credits and embark on a life long learning process.
